BOWMAN-HARTKE RESIDENCE
The Bowman-Hartke Residence is a custom home designed and constructed with a nice blend of affordable conventional residential framing and exposed unique timber framing and connections. The lateral (wind and seismic) system design needed to be closely coordinated with the architect to accommodate the panoramic views of the Cascade Mountains and Mount Rainier.
