REI
During the last 11 years Eric Dann, Principal at BTL Engineering P.S., has been Project Manager for over 35 REI stores nationwide. Most recently, these projects have included stores in Oregon, California and North Carolina. The REI projects have varied in size and complexity, from minor cosmetic amenities to brand new (ground up) buildings. Many different types of construction materials and systems have been utilized in the different locations. The REI store in Bend, Oregon, pictured here, involved the retrofit and renovation of a historical unreinforced brick masonry building in the old mill district of Bend.
