RENTON VILLAGE
This project consists of a 9,000 square-foot, single story retail structure. The perimeter walls consist of load bearing concrete masonry units and stucco-clad metal studs. The roof structure consists of plywood supported by open web wood trusses. The project consists of the core and shell, which includes the storefront, canopies and trash enclosures but excludes tenant improvements.
