Solana is a single-family residential development located in Sequim, Washington. This adult-living community includes clusters of craftsman-style homes and a Community Club House.
The model units ranged in size from 1,580 square feet to 2,000 square feet. Each Model Unit has a variety of options, including basements, that can be incorporated for a more customized residence.
The Community Club House is a 3,300 square foot facility that includes reception area, meeting rooms, exercise spaces, shower facilities, and outdoor pool. The meeting rooms feature high, vaulted ceilings with exposed trusses.
Wood trellises, knee braces and outriggers used throughout the design emphasize the craftsman design influence.
