This exciting build-to-suit project is the flagship office building for Woodinville Lumber, one of the largest wood product, manufacturing and construction service companies in Western Washington. The building incorporates state-of-the-art manufactured wood products mixed with familiar dimensional lumber and timber products and showcases the products by exposing many of the structural elements. Thus, the office building has the dual purpose of structure and product display.
BTL Engineering assisted in the selection of the design team and worked closely with Woodinville Lumber and the design and construction team throughout the design process.
