BTL  Engineering, P.S. is a consulting structural engineering firm founded in 2001. Our staff is led by principals Brian Lampe and Eric Dann and associate principal Ryan Hartman. Together, they bring over 70 years of experience in structural engineering design. BTL Engineering provides structural analysis, design, and construction services for residential single-family homes, townhomes, infill homes, remodels, and custom homes, as well as mixed-use and retail, and commercial projects. We are proficient in all combinations of wood, steel, masonry, and concrete.  We are proud to offer the design expertise that comes with years of experience with the personal attention of a small firm. Our office is located in downtown Bothell, Washington, with a satellite office in Wenatchee, Washington.
