A new single-family residence was built on a sloped site with a beautiful view of Lake Chelan. This home included an accessory dwelling unit (ADU) and was designed so that the owners could live and work on one level and use the additional living areas in the ADU and expansive lower floor to host adult children and grandchildren for large gatherings.
